| Distribution warehouse acquired for Royal Mail at Crosspoint, Coventry |

Royal Mail retained us to advise and negotiate a new 10 year lease on their behalf on a modern 23,570 sq ft distribution warehouse on the popular Crosspoint Business Park just off junction 2 of the M6 at Coventry.
The lease incorporated breaks at the end of the 1st & 5th years.
A rental equating to £5.50 psf p.a excl was agreed with incentives and there was a premium rent payable in year one. |
