| Langdon's Midlands distribution depot requirement |

We have been appointed by Langdon's, a major logistics operator to help them locate a new distribution depot in the South / West Birmingham area.
They require between 30 - 60,000 sq ft of existing or new accommodation. It needs to have dock level loading and a yard to cater for the parking of at least 20 HGV's.
The depot will be operating on a 24 / 7 basis.
